Not every horse has a natural ambition to tölt, therefor it is neccessary to teach young horses to tölt.

In this video the icelandic horse trainer Glódís Rún from the stable sunnuhvoll shows the different steps and aids how to get your youngster into the correct tölt.

This horse in the video is just at the beginning of his first tölt steps. This means that you won´t see high movements or the perfect tölt in this video. You will see some guidance and help for your work at home with your horse.
